YOGA -

The Sanskrit word yoga has many meanings and is from the Sanskrit root "yuj", meaning "to yoke" or "to unite." Yoga is a practice that unites the physical body with the spirit within.  The art of yoga not only increases body flexibility but expands the mind body connection.  Through practice students will build strength and become more sensitive to how their body individually functions.  Classes build confidence and help to foster a healthy body image.  Classes are a supportive and playful environment to expand your practice or to start your practice in.   Fearless Yoga classes will focus on increasing strength and flexibility.  Class will incorporate a mixture of breathing exercises, backbends, twists and hamstring stretches. All skill levels are welcome.

 No experience! No problem! Come over and join the yoga basics class where you will be introduced to yoga and beginner level poses.  This class combines alignment of the body and the heart to help students develop strength and flexibility.  Come discover how Yoga can refresh your mind and sculpt your body.

Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm
